Symposium – Time & Place

The Symposium will be held at the Aurora Hotel 4* in Mali Lošinj, from June 14 to June 16, 2010.

Symposium Venue

Mali Lošinj is the biggest town of the Adriatic to be situated on an island, which is, for a reason, also considered to be the most beautiful town there by many people. The prestigious international award, the Silver Flower of Europe (Entente Florale Europe), that Mali Lošinj won in September 2009, contributes to this widespread opinion.

The island of Lošinj is known for its mild Mediterranean climate, crystal clear sea, and extensive and varied vegetation. Dense pine forests, a symbol of Losinj, together with aromatic herbs and a mild climate, have contributed to the development of health tourism. Numerous villas, summer houses and hotels dating back to the end of the nineteenth century witness to this health resort's popularity among the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy. Today it is a modern tourist destination with over 200 kilometers of walks and paths. Nice restaurants by the sea, waterfront cafes, luxury hotels and friendly people are an additional reason to visit Mali Losinj.

The Aurora Hotel 4*, where the symposium will be held, is located in Sunčana uvala (Sunny cove), from which you can walk to the town center. The hotel's beach was awarded with the Blue Flag, and its newly decorated congress center has a sea view.

The organizer has reserved a certain number of rooms for Symposium participants. The price of bed and breakfast for Symposium participants has been arranged as follows:
